A calendar that highlights racial inequality in the job market.

The Equity Calendar was a proactive idea for Black Awareness Day (November 25), in which we created a calendar from the year 2190. The concept was to visually illustrate the data showing that a Black person would need 167 years to achieve equity in Brazil’s job market. The project, created without sponsorship or brand involvement, was featured in major advertising media outlets across the country and is a contender for the 2025 Marketing Best award.
